Our Story
It all started with three friends in investments. They were self-taught, and all had different approaches to investing. Friends and family would come to them and ask for financial advice. They started brainstorming together, trying to find a better way to invest.
When they came up with ideas and strategies on better ways to invest, more responsible and less risky ways, they decided to set a goal and solidify their approach to test it out. After consistent growth in both knowledge and capital, they decided to share their approach with others.
As they began helping others with their new investment strategy, it was working strongly and consistently. People were making money. Their customers told the trio that to start an investment company. They started Bedrock Investment Club as a special educational experience, and started to invite investors to join them and learn their new strategies.

We practice Flexibility in our investment approach to remain resilient in fluctuating markets. Today's market is changeable, and this requires a more flexible approach to investments. We consider flexibility a key component of achieving consistent profits. Our investing philosophy has to remain resilient toward market fluctuations, so we are constantly analyzing data trends and evaluating positions. We use these trends along with our core values to produce a trading strategy that leverages and mitigates risks.

Our Bedrock Investment Club members agree to conform to this code of ethics:
1. We shall not discriminate against any person with regard to race, color, sex, religion, age, national origin, orientation, handicap or familial status as defined by current law.
2. We shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices, or defrauding any member, customer or associate, with the aim of always conducting business in a transparent, ethical and professional manner.
3. We shall endeavor to stay informed and updated on matters affecting the market, and adhere to local, provincial, state and federal laws.
4. We are each individually responsible for our own due diligence and ongoing education to stay in touch with new developments in the field. Members will attempt to verify any and all assumptions regarding business decisions to prevent falling victim to fraud, misrepresentations and illegal practices.
Further, if any allegations of member misconduct considered detrimental to the purposes and interests of Bedrock Investment Club are received in a written and signed communication to the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee will consider the matter. Should a decision to take further action be made, the Secretary shall furnish a copy of said allegation(s) to the accused, who shall be given adequate time to reply. Thereafter, the Board of Directors shall take such further action as it may deem proper and in accordance with the Bedrock Investment Club bylaws.
